FFR Merchandising accepts orders via web, phone, fax or mail.

  • Web orders: Order products online at and check the status of your order anytime. (Note: Same-day shipping can not be guaranteed for web orders)
  • Phone orders: Place orders via phone with our Customer Support team from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern at 800.422.2547 or 330.998.7800.
  • Fax orders: Fax orders 24/7 to 800.422.2502 or 330.998.7801. For your convenience, an Easy Order Form can be found in our FFR Merchandising TOTAL RETAIL SOLUTIONS® Catalog. (Note: Same-day shipping is not available for fax orders.)
  • Mail orders: Mail orders are processed daily, please send to: FFR Merchandising, Inc., 8181 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, OH 44087-2303.
  • Email orders: You can place orders via email with our customer support staff anytime. Send your order to, and you will receive a prompt confirmation during regular business hours with pricing and shipping details. (Note: Same-day shipping can not be guaranteed for email orders).

Shipping Policy

Domestic Destinations - Domestic, same-day shipping is guaranteed for in-stock products placed over the phone by the cut-of times listed below. Same-day shipping is our goal for web, email and fax orders, but can not be guaranteed. FFR does guarantee in-stock web, email and fax orders will ship the next business day.

International Destinations - Shipments with international destinations require additional notice for shipment. In addition, customers shipping LTL or larger to international destinations are required to provide broker name and phone number for freight, and are responsible for customs clearance and all related fees.

Carriers - All orders are shipped F.O.B. FFR facilities. FFR will use the carrier designated by Customer or, in case Customer does not designate a carrier, FFR will use a carrier of its own choice. In any event, FFR shall either bill the freight charges to Customer separately, or add to the invoice as an additional item. Freight charges are always net due upon receipt of invoice. All express shipping arrangements must be specified by Customer at the time the order is placed.

Handling - Customer shall bear the cost of any special packaging or handling if such is requested by Customer and other shipping related costs charged by the carrier, such as charges for discrepancies in account numbers, inaccurate or incomplete destination addresses, or misleading information that caused erroneous deliveries, storage fees, and all other additional costs and expenses.

Loss or Damage - Risk of loss or damage shall transfer to Customer upon tender of products to Customer, Customer's representative, or common carrier. In all cases, Customer assumes all risk of loss or damage to products in transit, and the responsibility for filing a claim with the carrier. In the event of freight loss or damage, Customer shall notify the carrier immediately, and mark the bill of lading "damaged". When receiving a shipment, note the number of cartons and/or pallets received. FFR shall, at the Customer's cost, ship replacement products upon Customer's request.


Our website currently only accepts credit card and orders placed on terms. To place an order using our wire transfer, pre-paid, and C.O.D. payment options, please contact our Customer Support Representatives at 800.422.2547 or

Credit Card - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please include the account number, expiration date and the name as it appears on the card. (If you choose to mail or fax your order form, please remember to sign it prior to sending it in.)

Establishing Net 30 Terms - We welcome you to set up an account with FFR Merchandising; simply complete our On-Line Credit Application. Please allow a minimum of two business days to process your application and establish credit.

Minimum Orders

FFR Merchandising accepts orders of any quantity for all standard products, provided that the ordered item does not have a designated minimum order quantity. A $10 minimum order charge is applied to domestic orders less than $100. The minimum order charge for international shipping destinations is $25. We cannot accept returns on small orders.
